Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Nationwide Shipping (Pakistan):

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - FREE on orders over Rs. 5,000, otherwise Rs. 200
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - Rs. 400

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad):

• Same Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM - Rs. 500
• Next Day Delivery: Guaranteed next business day - Rs. 300

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 3-4 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through your account or using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping may be restricted to certain locations due to customs regulations. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
